We believe good food doesn’t need theatrics. It needs honesty. It needs care. It needs people who give a damn about what they’re serving and who they’re serving it to.
Some dishes are rooted in memory.
Some are experiments that worked.
All of them are here because we’d want to eat them ourselves.
This space is meant to feel close. A little loud. A little unexpected. The kind of place where plates get passed, opinions get shared, and nobody checks the time.
For a short while, this is our kitchen.
